From Vulnerability to Vitality: My Journey Through Weight Loss and the Art of Facial Architecture

In this Instagram live session, I’m pulling back the curtain on a deeply personal chapter of my life. For the first time, I’m sharing the “why” behind my decision to undergo bariatric surgery and the honest reality of navigating the rapid physical changes that followed. We often talk about the health benefits of transformation, but we rarely discuss the emotional and structural toll it takes on our appearance—specifically the “accelerated aging” and volume loss that can leave us feeling unrecognizable in our own skin. I wanted to share this not just as a practitioner, but as a woman who has walked this path and refused to settle for a “tired” reflection.

Soul Trine Vibrations is a reader-supported publication. To receive new posts and support my work, consider becoming a free or paid subscriber.

Beyond the personal story, I want to give you something tangible to take away. In the second half of this video, I lead you through a series of intentional warm-ups for the chest, neck, and scalp. These are the foundational movements I used to wake up my own “scaffold” and begin the process of natural restoration. Whether you are on a weight loss journey, recovering from surgery, or simply looking to support your facial architecture, these movements are designed to release the tension that pulls us down and invite a lifted, radiant flow back into the face. Grab a seat, take a deep breath, and let’s begin this journey of alignment together.
